Rules & Regulations of Institute

• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
• The necessary fee is to be paid in favour of “School of Management & Technology”, payable at Meerut, and must be sent along with the filled‑up application form.
• After enrolment, any issue with registration must be reported within 3 days for refund consideration; after 3 days, fee will not be refunded.
• Mode of examination will be at the discretion of the Council of Examination of the institute.
• SMT courses are industry endorsed certificate courses and not degree/diploma programs. SMT programs are non‑degree programs.
• The institute reserves the right to change course details without prior notice as per prevailing conditions.

Certificate of Understanding

I confirm that I have received and read the Information Brochure of the Institute. I have carefully read and understood all the rules and regulations given in this application and agree to abide by the same. I agree not to countermand or dishonour any post‑dated cheques submitted by me towards the instalment facility. I understand that in case I withdraw from the program, I will not be entitled to claim any refund of course fees and the institute will retain the amount as per the refund policy. I understand that the jurisdiction for all disputes, if any, relating to the institute will be exclusively at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. I hereby declare that the information provided in this application form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and I fully understand and agree to the rules and regulations, including legal aspects and my financial responsibilities.
